Brian is EXCELLENT! In addition to being friendly, he was thorough, made proactive recommendations that made sense and took the time to explain the needed interventions. He was also conscientious of the fact that I work from home, which made it so much easier to plan for accommodate (and warn work) when he needed the power to be off. He completely fixed my electrical issues and didn’t cut corners. Patient and pleasant and I highly recommend him! Theo came out & gave me a bid along with 2 other companies. I selected West Houston Electric because the quote to upgrade the electric panel was fair & a better estimate than the other two companies. Also Theo provided a gas generator where I could watch tv, be on the computer & cell phone if necessary. He is very professional & an excellent electrician. I recommend him & the company to anyone needing an electrician.
