RecommendedI have talked highly of this office for ages, until today. I called today after being absent for 7 years, and learned I was not able to schedule an appt for my son due to a balance that had been paid, however, not in a timely fashion. Had I still had a balance I could completely understand, although having satisfied the debt albeit late surprised and disappointed me in being told I could not schedule with them. Recommendedi love this office but don't love Dr. sterken. He isnt good with kids at all let alone ones that are super scared of the dentist. I cannot believe this is the 2nd time we have been to the office for the same thing and still havent gotten it completed. After time 1 I complained and said I wanted anothrr dentist and then this time it was still him... gave the drug to make my child loopy and then sent us home when he couldnt complete the procedure. And all he wanted to do was tell us that it was a bad idea to wait until the tee... read more
