Frustrating! The last three appointments have been terrible. We've sat in chairs waiting and waiting while patients who came in after us were seen. The first time they said they "forgot" him. The second time they didn't have an excuse, but since plenty of other people who came in after us were seen I'm guessing they skipped him again.
