Very professioal people in a friendly atmosphere. I think Rory is the best hygienist I've ever had! I was very comfortable throughout the procedure, and she was very thorough. Also, Dr. Runyan came in and reviewed my x-rays, showed me where there is a potential problem and said a dental procedure was required. Friendly, helpful, professional I was on the cancellation list and got an appointment just when it was needed and convenient. The hygienist--Rory--is very skilled and helpful, and she was pro-active about a possible problem. The dentist came in quickly and recommended further testing to determine what was going on with my sensitive tooth in order to better plan for care. On the whole I felt well cared for and warmly treated.
Highest quality service from the front office staff to the dentists Dr. Jordan and the staff at West River Dental have been providing my dental care for many years. The office staff has always been great at getting my appointments scheduled, the hygienists that I have been scheduled with have all been professional, friendly, thoughtful and extremely competent. As for Dr. Jordan, what can I say other than he is my "go to guy" for any dental work I need done, from fillings to crowns.
I always have a great experience at your office. Everyone is smiling, kind and polite. I have every confidence that the dental work done will be of the highest quality. Thank you!
Wonderful visit This was my first time with Rory, and it was an amazing appointment and a totally stress free cleaning. She has a very gentle touch, and I'm glad I found her!
Service above and beyond... I greatly appreciated the extensive exam by Dr Runyan and staff trying to get to the cause of my recent jaw/gum pain. I apologize for not knowing my Hygienist name but, she was did an excellent job on reviewing what I should do if I need extra attention. Thank you...

Caring and Friendly Rory did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth, and making sure Dr. Jordan could step in to look at a tooth. Dr. Jordan is awesome - took the time to look at tooth, and came up with a treatment plan. Brenda is always friendly, and always looking for appointments that are best for the patient.
