Great appointment Loved my visit at WRD. The front office staff was friendly, helpful & awesome. Mandy did a great job cleaning my teeth. It was a very enjoyable visit. My next appointment is already scheduled. :)
Friendly and Professional The staff is very friendly and very professional in every way. I have always dreaded visiting the dentist (who hasn't, right?), but my experience at West River Dental has always been a pleasant experience.
Dental cleaning and exam I had a new hygienist named Mandy who was very good and very professional. The new dentist on staff did my exam and was thorough and explained a problem area to me very well. I was very happy with the check up.
Very friendly, listened to my concerns I was a first time patient of Dr Mark Runyan today and I was impressed with his "bedside" manners. He addressed my concerns and helped me feel confident in him. I am returning to see him for putting in two crowns
Terrific staff and service My son had his first checkup with Rory and she did an amazing job making him feel safe, comfortable and explaining what would happen in an easy to understand way.
Just had appointments with Barb B this morning--.and she did an EXCELLENT job and gave us very good advice on how to take good care of our teeth
Everyone was very friendly and professional I liked Dr Jordan so much that I waited to have my dental work done by him rather than at home in Phoenix. I'm only in Detroit Lakes in the spring and summer months
You hurt me and told my money, really and now you want a review? SERIOUSLY you did a great job. Everyone was very accommodating. The Dentist did a great job of explaining what was being done and why. Could not be more pleased with the experience.
Unquestionably Excellent I decided to do a filling without novacaine and Dr. Jordan was exceptional as always. Even with a scheduling snafu, I was in and out in less than an hour and am totally happy with the service I received at West River Dental.
