Double the price for half the care. Rushed the visit with little answers and no real solution. Went somewhere else for half the price and my cat was feeling better that same day. He suffered for four weeks longer than necessary because I wasn’t told how to care for him properly. Buyer’s remorse….. Not to mention their asinine, rigamarole covid restrictions…..
Done with this place. They have no clue even what breed my dog is, and tried to tell me he's an overweight pitbull, and if he's not a pitbull, that he is a bulldog. He's a UKC registered American Bully. They've messed up scheduling for our appointments 3x and won't let me go in back with my dog for his appointments. On top of all this, they are pushing to get my dog neutered, which is something we've firmly stated will not be happening.
