Done with this place. They have no clue even what breed my dog is, and tried to tell me he's an overweight pitbull, and if he's not a pitbull, that he is a bulldog. He's a UKC registered American Bully. They've messed up scheduling for our appointments 3x and won't let me go in back with my dog for his appointments. On top of all this, they are pushing to get my dog neutered, which is something we've firmly stated will not be happening.

At the end of a very long night, DH and I came to the decision to put our sweet princess down. But because of NEW PROTOCOLS, they will not allow both of us in with her. These are her last moments...No heart whatsoever!!
