Wonderful staff. Patient. Gentle. Informative. Quick. Knowledgeable. I highly recommend. Our appt was at 1230 and we were walking out the door at 1. Calm environment so my dog wasn't stressed at all. Will go for years to come.
I called the office early morning to schedule an appointment for a recheck of an ear infection which my Maltese Chloe was seen for weeks ago. The receptionist gave me a few times to choose from and was polite and professional. My husband accompanied me there with Chloe as he had not visited there previously. Our wait was short, a nurse weighed Chloe, and showed us to a room. Not long after her return the doctor came in and proceeded to check Chloe's ears, saying they looked good. Wait time was under 10 minutes, vet was friendly, took his time asking about any concerns, pleased with service.
We've been using this clinic for a long time. Love the new waiting room. Dr. Reed was so good with our big dog and the wait was not long. We were very pleased with the staff
