Called a few minutes before our scheduled appt. Dr was good with our pet, answered all my questions, felt very confident in her diagnosis
My experience with West Spartan as been professional and they always put my dogs needs first. Dr. REID AND ALL THE STAFF ARE TERRIFIC!
Awesome as always had and unexpected ear infection and got a appointment very quick that evening my Dixie was feeling a lot better. I wouldn't ever take my fur babies any where else.
Great, very informative and took really good care of Brat. Dr. Reed made me feel better about her injuries and her care.
Courteous and efficient
I have been going there for years. Even though Dr. Patch isn't there the service and care my fur babies receive is excellent. From the compassion and understanding they show when you lose your fur baby to helping and information when you get a new baby.
The entire staff is professional yet still fun and friendly. Haven't had to wait for more than 5 minutes. I've only seen Dr Reid since Dr Patch retired but I really like his compassionate demeanor. He's a great asset.
Dr was great and support staff too. They know me by name and all my pets names.
I love Dr Allen and Dr Reid. I had my pet there on Monday with a diabetic recheck on Tuesday. I do not think I should have been charged for another office visit due to recheck but I was charged.
