They now make you pay before visits. Have had nothing but issues with them. Charged arm and leg for simple care .. will be taking my pets elsewhere in the future.
I almost never write a negative review, but this time I will put negative reviews. My cat had an exam last Friday, 6 days ago. I called 4 times and left messages.Nobody answered me. Today I called and answered someone. She put me on hold long time! I’m still waiting for lab. results!! I don’t believe my cat will see this place again!! I’m totally disappointed!!

I am very sorry, for the amount of time that it took for you to get your results. It normally doesn't take that long, usually it only takes about 48-72 hours. We did contact the lab and found out that there was some technical issues on the lab's side which resulted in, us not getting your lab results on time. 2/20/2024 - After Dr. Tom walked out on 11/1/2023, I calmed down and took my dog to the new vet, Dr. Kelsie Sheranian. She was and is absolutely awesome! The last three encounters with the Business Manager and office staff have been unbelievably horrible. The last visit 2/14/2024 was so astonishingly bad, it was nothing but a goal of gouging pet parents like I have never encountered in over 50 years of having dogs, cats, gecko’s, birds. to the vet's office. I have been using this vet for 3 years I scheduled a appointment with them which was today the 29th i got off work early to take my dog (whiskey) to his appointment I called to see if I could get him earlier she decides to tell me it was cancelled cuz they had the wrong phone number down …. Back when covid was going on I set a appointment for my puppy at the time and we all had to wait out side in the cars over a hour went by working on a hour in a half I was getting ready to leave a d finally some on came out ya I was passed as I watched ten people go a head of me I told the lady and after venting on her they looked at my dog and sent me on my way itried to go back and now they refused my service I have be going there for 20 years so if you don't kiss there ass they will turn you away
We had to put our 14 yr old Cavalier to sleep today and the staff were so caring and deeply concerned and made the experience easier to deal with. Thank you
