Great place to live. Would definitely recommend living here. Wonderful property and staff.
Apt was clean and in great shape when we moved in. Rental process was a breeze and Sarah was a delight to deal with. Have had the maintenance team in a couple of times and their team have been prompt, thorough, and courteous. Very happy we made the choice to lease here.
This place is a total joke. It is turning into the ghetto. They kicked me out because I had an extra person there that wasn't on the lease. But the handbook clearly states that there is to be no violence felons pit bulls or guns on the property. But the last 2 nights there has been 60+ people in the parking lot fighting and shots were fired and someone had a taser and was using it. With 20+ kids standing there as well around 10:30pm. When we moved in our home and the one next door were very infested. Management did get the problem taken care of although it took many months. Now I have new neighbors and unfortunately just realized that this is NOT a non-smoking building, so my entire town home smells like smoke from the neighbors next door and although they tried to fix the situation it has not improved and I have 3 young children all with asthma. This is unacceptable and the parking lot is ridiculous. If you value you car do not live here!!
Upon moving in, it was being operated by a different agency. It was soon bought out by Fairlawn Leasing. When we moved in, with the previous company, we completed an inventory, noting all the things that were wrong, missing, etc. On the inventory list, I noted the basement was not painted all the way, there was no washer and dryer (which was fine because we had our own), and the cabinets didn't open right.
