Westchase used to be careful and attentive in the way they cared for our pets. In the past year it has gone downhill. Their solution for starting dental at 2:45 in the afternoon (we dropped the cat off early in the morning) and “not having enough time to finish” was to just do it again. Have us pay again and put our 8 year old cat through surgery and anesthesia again. No big deal for Westchase, right?

We have been bringing our 11 year old Boston Terrier to the Westchase Vet for as long as I can remember. We have been doing 6 month checkups forever and spent tens of thousands of dollars on ailments over the years. At 9 am on Sunday July 19th my wife called to get our dog in to see someone for an emergency and we were told they were all booked up. All booked up? Emergency is in the name of your company. We are so sorry for your loss Mr. Gornall. Please trust that we do everything that we possibly can to get every client's animal in to be seen when we can. But when our day is completely full, we sometimes can not admit anything else for fear that we cannot properly take care of your animal or any other clients animals that are in the hospital or being seen by the doctors.
