Extremely rude! They charged me for services that they are refusing to render. I called around 4pm because my appointment for the day was cancelled and rescheduled at 2pm and I called to find out why and I was met with 2 extremely rude and irate women who work in the office. Really would not give them any stars. Called and appointment for a problem with gnats. I asked them at the time of making appointment if they could get rid of them and was told yes. The day of appointment someone from ***** called to see if they had sprayed. We said NO and told him what our problem was gnats and he asked if we tried this and that, which we had. I have a major rat infestation in my 150 years old house.The rats are thoroughly entrenched both within the walls and between floors.They leave feces, and the smell of their urine and hormones is everywhere,. Spent over $7000 not quite a year ago with ***** and today a representative shows up , no appointment, no advance notice. I changed my plans to accommodate him, to be nice only to find it was no more than a sales call. He took pictures of my home and underneath my home without my permission. Orkin is one of the worse companies I have ever done business with and will get no further business from me. My advice use caution if you use them and keep your hand on your wallet.
I called out this company to help find out what rodent is getting into my attic and wall cavities. *** came out and checked my attic found a few mouse droppings and a bat dropping in attic. I had service by 3 different people from ***** based out of ************ due to a rat siting. The first person said that my attic was absolutely clear and, and only a couple droppings near my laundry and put down two bait traps. After another siting, a second person came out and said my attic was not clear, was very thorough and told me that they should leave bait in the attic in addition to sealing it up. After several years of service with ever increasing costs, we decided to cancel the termite service. I wrote cancel on the first bill, CANCEL on the second bill, and decided to ignore the third bill. Nevertheless, a technician came and tried to perform the service. Luckily I was home and told him no. Today a different technician showed up to remove the bait traps. The obvious punishment for canceling is the series of 3+ inch holes in my yard.
We own multiple houses that we rent, we have one primary house. The worst business I have ever dealt with. I recently moved. I had Orkin come out on June 30 for evaluation for possible services. They treated for pests and mice and I signed up for a monthly recurring service. I made a payment that day Somehow now all of a sudden, I owe more than the agreed upon monthly service amount. I also needed wildlife management services as there are animals (raccoons, we heard them) in the chimney. I signed up for that service for $1600.
