The most abysmal service I've ever encountered anywhere. Charged thousands of dollars and they didn't do anything for 3 months. Go literally anywhere else, they'll just keep your money.

Beware of the Autopay option! I do not like having a business use autopay because they have the ability to take money from your bank account when they want to, but not give it back immediately. Ive told Orkin several times over to NOT use this option. But, they mistakenly did this at least 3 times. Its very problematic when you have a tight budget and you discover Orkin wrongly took your money. Worst pest control company ever created! They try to keep you for a year! First bad sign! One Orkin rep told me that, they need to come back repeatedly because the rats come back due to spiders being a source of food. SMFH. When I told a tech what I was told, he said that was the most ignorant thing he ever heard! He didn't know that it was someone from his company that told me this. Terrible service from this business! I have canceled all services with them 3 times now and they keep sending people out and then charging me for it. I have cameras around my house and these people arent even spraying just knocking and leaving. Would absolutely NOT recommend using their services!!

Our experience with Orkin was not GOOD...AT ALL TERRIBLE: job continued to be incomplete, always giving excuses, poor followup, poor communication with **, did not keep appointments as promised, did not return calls and MORE!!!!WE definitely WOULD NOT REFER ORKIN....to anyone!!!!The experience, as far as communication was HORRIFIC!

Back in 2015 I had Spring Tails. They could not even slow them down. Their yellow page guarantee is deceptive, Returned last payment on Contract. I still have the spring tails(2023)

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use this company. They failed to complete the work, upcharged for work that was done, and probably broke the law.1.) On 7 June, a Critter Control technician proposed an agreement for exclusion repairs the including the installation of a one way door and reinforcement of three sections of soffit. Do not do business with this company. They have repeatedly told me that they do not have an option for termite control only. But if you call their customer service, their voice prompts ask if you are calling about termite control only. To get rid of a sales representative, I asked them to send me a contract. I found myself enrolled in their services for a year and charged for services I never wanted or agreed to purchase.
