We have been pleased with our Orkin pest services. We have not had any pressure to buy unneeded services. We have a bi monthly contract and getting appointments to work with our schedule has not been a problem. We have not had ******** issues to date. Our field service agent is respectful of property and professional as well as friendly. Seems knowledgeable in response to my questions. We have had Orkin services at our previous homes and had excellent service at each.

Spent ****** to have termite traps installed, attic treated. Once they came once to do the work, gonzo! We never saw them again. We paid for ongoing service and guaranteed work. STAY AWAY FROM!!!!

Will never use ***** again. I called for a Groundhog problem, they did nothing to help with the groundhog problem, instead sold me mouse protection and a crawl space entry protection. The crawls space was never addressed the next day to answer my complaint they sent the same installer who installed a small portion of the protection. I asked to see what I was signing at the time I was asked to sign the tablet, and the answer by representative ***** was you will receive a copy after the service. I have had an annual termite inspection program with ***** for several years. They are supposed to come to my home twice a year to check the bait stations. I work from home and am here every day. The tech says he checked the bait stations, and I get a request for a rating, but they do not actually come on my property. The bait stations are partially covered with grass and/or gravel, and they are undisturbed. This happened in March and again this month. I had my home treated in March and was not satisfied with results. They came back and sprayed two wks later again i wasn't satisfied it did not eliminate the pests . The last 3 times I called to schedule they did not show up for the appointment. They sent an email like were going to show but no call no show on 3 occasions. Im dealing with an infestation I paid them over $3300 for service and they dont show up to my home on 3 separate occasions! Very upsetting. needed a small area spayed to pour slab, it took them 2 weeks to come out and service the area. they charged $500 minimum for 8x12 area. Loyal customer of 25 years and got treated badly. Apparently, corporation only has 1 machine for spraying. because of their delay, I am now 2 weeks behind in my project. The trusses are ready and though they would take longer than getting an area sprayed for termites.
