Great place to and for me so far. Worst part is the feral cats being fed against rules. But not much park can do I guess.
Love how nice the place is now. Wouldn't mind being a runner up to put a bid on the property should they ever wish to sell it above cost. I'm a little bit out from being able to drop the full amount should they ever choose to, however business is starting to pick up, and I wouldn't mind purchasing it if they ever have interest in selling. Great location as well. Wouldn't mind hiring the manager for a lead position in my corporation, she is very professional, and does an amazing job! Keep up the amazing work!
Most of the mobile homes are out of date and not up to code.,but a good neighborhood.
Water gets shut off all the time with no notice. They tell you one thing and then do another. He tells you not to use extra water or to water your yard over soaking I don't soak my yard I don't know why I got a notice for that
Its a big beautiful trailer park comunity. Excellent neighborhood now. It started to get run down and now it turned around real quick and its Back too being amazing. Its getting back to the way it use to be grest neihbors
