They have also claimed rent was late when it wasn't , thus violating the contract and haraassed me for 3 months over late charges I didn't owe .
I give the place A low rating . Less than 1 star . IF I had it to do it over again i would NEVER move in here. It is NOT a safe environment for children or adults to live, as it is inundated with dust and noise from knife River corporation next door ALL through the summers. They NEVER sweep the streets and some of the drains have plugged and flood the streets in the winter .
