Told the receptionist that I am a combat veteran with high anxiety when in unfamiliar situations with people I don’t know. I asked if my wife ( who also had an appointment) could be in the room with me. She said yes, no problem. When the Dr comes in... Dr Lin, she was rude and told me I hade to leave. If you have a real medical issue avoid this place. I went in because I had splinters and debri in my hands from home remodeling. Dr. Karikomi didn’t look at my hands with any kind of light or magnifier. Talked down at me with disbelief in what I was saying and then put in my progress note that I came in because I had delusions of a bug infestation in my hands. What kind of doctor does something like that? Very unprofessional.

I just called to try an appointment for my husband today because he came back from a trip itching and we believe he got bedbug or food allergy and they said no chance for today and she even tried to help me with another option. Terrible service on the phone. Not flexible at all.
