RecommendedI would give Dr. Lin & her staff 5 stars. My daughter had an appointment today and everyone was very welcoming & friendly. Dr. Lin explained things to my daughter and made her feel very comfortable.
RecommendedFirst visit at this location, and was just ok for me. Receptionists weren’t welcoming, and they provided me papers to fill out. I didn’t get a chance to fill them out, as I got called immediately. I felt rushed to fill out the paperwork, but was able to do so, while waiting for the doctor. Dr. Grosshandler was really nice and answered my questions. Only thing I had an issue was the lack of knowledge on cruelty free items. RecommendedStaff is very friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Josh is down to earth, explains issues and procedures clearly, takes times with his patient. Office and exam rooms are very clean. Location is easy to locate and drive to. Even if patient is out of town. Recommend to all!!!!

My daughter waited a long time to see Dr. GrossHandler for a tick bite site and swollen lymph nodes. The physician had the WORST bedside manner and told me with my 10yr old daughter sitting there that she could have cancer/lymphoma. My daughter sat there crying. The nurse was very kind and brought her tissues. My daughter left crying, shaking and asking if she was going to die!! It was a very traumatic visit for my daughter and we will never return.
