Their response to parking policy is trash. I had a problem with my new vehicle and it was under warranty. The dealership gave me a new vehicle and I tried to get a sticker from them but their office closed. The next day their towing company towed the vehicle and I had to pay $200 fee to get the dealership car back. It was for only one night. They could have inform the company but they didn't. Ramsay is amazing, make my move easy and smooth. We did have some issue with the outlets in bedroom, but he put a tick for me and the guys show up the same day to fixed. Great job !!
mice running at night throughout community, my apartment had issues with the ceiling and doors water rushed through my doors on a stormy night ruined my furniture than they didn't fix anything correctly I asked to move to a different unit they wouldn't accommodate that at all than when I wanted to move a month earlier they agreed only to charge me full months rent for a month that I left on the 4th of the month. I have had a great experience living in Westgate Apartments for so long, all the staff coming from the office and maintenance has been very helpful all these years, the condition of the apartments are fair according to the prices if you rent a basic unit you will get an older style, if you rent a new unit you will get a huge upgrade. I have lived in both styles and enjoyed the whole experience, laundry facilities had cleaners on a daily and it always look very nice kept, the office offers pest control on a weekly basis so if... read more
When we moved here everything was good. Melissa, the senior leasing agent was very helpful and kind to us! I really appreciate and highly recommend her! But since neighbors moved in upstairs it's been hell living here. They start making noise at 5am (Monday to Monday) and do so for hours, pacing and pacing in the room. The shower noise is horrible when they open the bath water.
