I am happy with this pharmacy. In the past I've had minor issues, they are always handled quickly and with courtesy. If you are ordering a compounded med from any compounding pharmacy, expect it to take longer. They do have scheduled days for different products to be handmade. Roll with it. Order early, that is all.

Westmoreland on State St. has perfected customer service. I have never had another pharmacy treat me the way Westmoreland does. Kudos to every employee at Westmoreland for going above and beyond in their service to the community.

They are always friendly, the way the drive through is set up seems to work well. The only problem being is closed on Sundays.
I can't say enough good things about Westmoreland Pharmacy, and more specifically, Tahnee who helped me through the process. I was interested in educating myself about the new weight loss meds, and Tahnee was very informative about the different options and their process in producing these drugs. Recently, I contacted the Pharmacy and suggested that better packaging be used to ship frozen prescriptions. The owner, Anthony Westmoreland, got quickly involved and we discussed the problem. VERY SOON after, Anthony notified me stating that he totally agreed with me, refunded the cost of the prescription discussed, and rewarded me with a FREE prescription for bringing up the issue. I called and talked to Rhea on a Tuesday afternoon. I was needing a knee scooter and a transport chair. She sent me pictures to my phone of what they had. I was able to order over the phone and both were delivered Wednesday morning. The man that delivered these items had them all set up and ready for us to use. I can not thank them enough for making this so easy for us to get these items without coming to the store. I just had surgery and my mother is elderly. Thanks so much!!!
