I am not sure why but the time it takes to fill a script is ridiculous. I am nearing a week and a half to refill and this has been the situation every refill. Please increase staffing.

After a bad experience with Westmoreland, I changed pharmacies. Deciding perhaps I had been too hasty, I gave them another try. Unfortunately, the experience was just as bad. Not only are their prices higher than other compounding pharmacies, it takes them three times as long to fill an order. A prescription called in by 9AM at another compounding pharmacy, took over 48 hours for Westmoreland...not much help for someone who needs to use a prescription twice a day. There won't be a third chance.
If I could give negative stars I would! This has to be the worst most dis functioning business I've ever dealt with. They consistently lose prescriptions that my healthcare provider sends multiple times. I honestly don't know how a business can be so poorly run.
Horrible service takes minimum of 3 days to get a prescription ready and if out of state you can expect another 3 to 5 days to receive your prescription. Just recently placed an order, waited a week, and then was told that they were no longer able to ship to my state after they had known for a week that they were not going to be able to accommodate my prescription.
I always go to Walgreens but my doctor accidentally sent my prescription , first and last time ! They have 3 drive through windows and I waited over 45 minutes in line to get my prescription;( !!! This place is SLOW
If you want your medication like your doctors want, don't go here!!! They told me that my medication needed a PA, but in fact it did not. I was out of it, called my insurance and they told me it had went through with no issues, it didn't need a PA. They done the same thing to my 8 yr old granddaughter!! But she went without her meds for a couple of days because they couldn't tell us they just didn't want to fill her prescription!!!
Went to this location for my covid booster yesterday and the person giving the shots needed to go behind the counter, while there is a numeric door lock, she simply reached through the window an opened the door because she couldn't remember the code. I found their security to be anything but secure, why I'm giving them such a low rating.
just be aware that there are better offers out there. I switched my prescription to a different compounding pharmacy that not only gave me a much better delivery option - no more syringes that are hard to deal with and hard to keep from leaking - they gave me a nice metered dose bottle that works much better. Top that off with the fact that they were literally 25% lower for the exact same prescription. All I can say is shop around. poor customer service exorbitant prices and old technology are not my cup of tea.

Have been an almost weekly customer since the first location opened in New Albany (elderly parent and two children). The hours were a little inconvenient, but was willing to work around it due to giving business to an independent company, and Anthony is just an all around good person. However, with much success, and several other stores opening, the service has been desperately lacking over the past few months.
