On Wednesday December 18, 2019, I drove my mother to the Westmoreland Pharmacy located on State Street in New Albany to pick up her prescriptions. When we arrived at approximately 12:30 PM, the prescriptions were not ready. My mother does not have a vehicle and has to depend on me to take her to doctor appointments and to pick up her prescriptions. My mother didn't receive her prescriptions until approximately 1:18 PM.
