I’ve lived here for about 3 years now. The previous management was great to me for the most part and really kept up with the community. However, a new company took over the complex about 3-4 months ago right before hurricane helene and Milton and it’s been a train wreck. All maintenance orders have been a disaster with no communication whatsoever. If I could rate this place 0 I would! I lived here for two years. The walls are incredibly thin, Maintence is awful and the apartment is a wreck all together. My washer was broken for 6 months, I got tired of calling them because all they would do patch it up. The parking lot has not been fixed since I moved in. I moved out and returned my keys on the 24th of July. I have yet to hear anything from the company. Management answers the phone when they feel like it. An excellent place, spacious, comfortable apartments, quite central to go to the beach. Totally recommended, it is a good experience to live in these properties.
I've been here over a year. I really like the apartment, the area but my issue is the ceilings above my head. I can hear every footstep, stomp, door slam, conversation and this is early in the morning, all throughout the day and night. It's traumatizing and torturous!!!! I've complained about this before. I also have recordings of it because I'm fed up. The floors for the above neighbors need to be padded for sound proof. Recently moved to Westshore Flats during the move in process the leasing agent were helpful and professional which made the move easy for the renter. The apartment was clean and up to date. I did have a maintenance request which was resolved in less than 24hrs. Ty from the leasing office did a follow up with me to make sure the request was fixed. She was very attentive and kind. So far I’m very happy with Westshore Flats!!
