I’ve lived here for about 3 years now. The previous management was great to me for the most part and really kept up with the community. However, a new company took over the complex about 3-4 months ago right before hurricane helene and Milton and it’s been a train wreck. All maintenance orders have been a disaster with no communication whatsoever. If I could rate this place 0 I would! I lived here for two years. The walls are incredibly thin, Maintence is awful and the apartment is a wreck all together. My washer was broken for 6 months, I got tired of calling them because all they would do patch it up. The parking lot has not been fixed since I moved in. I moved out and returned my keys on the 24th of July. I have yet to hear anything from the company. Management answers the phone when they feel like it. I love my new place! Smooth process from start to finish thanks to Inicio Living’s amazing help.
I've been here over a year. I really like the apartment, the area but my issue is the ceilings above my head. I can hear every footstep, stomp, door slam, conversation and this is early in the morning, all throughout the day and night. It's traumatizing and torturous!!!! I've complained about this before. I also have recordings of it because I'm fed up. The floors for the above neighbors need to be padded for sound proof. I love the new management team at Westshore. I finally feel heard and maintenance requests are being handled a lot better !!
