I’ve lived here for about 3 years now. The previous management was great to me for the most part and really kept up with the community. However, a new company took over the complex about 3-4 months ago right before hurricane helene and Milton and it’s been a train wreck. All maintenance orders have been a disaster with no communication whatsoever. Disappointed in this complex. The communication has not been great and would love to see them put some more thoughtfulness into their residents. Workers have been doing repairs next door drilling and doing work close to 10 PM, and they expect us to have our cars moved by 7 am because they send an after hours email stating we need to move off the premises until Wednesday to the other building which is extremely inconvenient for residents and you aren't even promised a spot where you need to park because the parking lot (which... read more
If I could rate this place 0 I would! I lived here for two years. The walls are incredibly thin, Maintence is awful and the apartment is a wreck all together. My washer was broken for 6 months, I got tired of calling them because all they would do patch it up. The parking lot has not been fixed since I moved in. I moved out and returned my keys on the 24th of July. I have yet to hear anything from the company. Management answers the phone when they feel like it. I've been here over a year. I really like the apartment, the area but my issue is the ceilings above my head. I can hear every footstep, stomp, door slam, conversation and this is early in the morning, all throughout the day and night. It's traumatizing and torturous!!!! I've complained about this before. I also have recordings of it because I'm fed up. The floors for the above neighbors need to be padded for sound proof. I'm not a tenant, I'm an electrician. I left a tool behind, the next time I went I asked the maintenance guy if he found it. He hadn't but immediately went to check and returned it. This says a ton about how they're going to deal with their tenants. Honesty and integrity mean everything.
