Westvalley Carpet and flooring provided us with excellent customer service (Tim) from the time we chose our flooring through to installation (Curtis and crew). Tim was knowledgeable on the flooring options and it was pleasure to work with him. Curtis and his crew were professional and courteous and did a great job. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were pleased with all aspects of the installation.
We just had all the carpet replaced on the main floor, and upstairs in our house. From the very start, we found dealing with Frank ******* at their NW retail location to be an excellent experience.
