Chose West Valley based on the Google reviews on line. Frank Seibert was our salesperson at the Symons Valley location. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with good advice on choosing the right product. He had great customer service acumen and communication with him was excellent in terms of scheduling for install etc ... Derek was my sales contact for a complete house flooring replacement within a limited insurance budget. I could not be more pleased with the results. Derek picked excellent products, and was very flexible and helpful as various decisions had to be made at short notice. The quality of installation was excellent. 3 yrs. ago my Mom purchased hardwood flooring & carpet from Westvalley. Both products have been fine up to date. They noticed a small "hump" in the carpet last month and returned to Westvalley to discuss the issue, not expecting much. HOWEVER, to their surprise Westvalley agreed to review and repair the "hump" at their cost, which was done this past week. We had carpet installed in the house along with vinyl plank. The job looks great! The service was Excellent, I would highly recommend this company!
We had a full house of carpet replaced with new underlay including stairs. The guys did a great job and were very pleasant to deal with.
I recently had prefinished hardwood installed in my home and am very pleased with the results. Jeremy was my salesman and Randy the installer. So I am just making you aware of this! If we need more flooring we will consider coming to your showroom.
