This was my first time at Westville Hudson. The location was convenient to meet up. It was busy when we arrived so talking over other conversations kept the volume up. The menu is great and my meal met my expectations. I had a nicely made portion of grilled salmon with vegetables (kale, spinach & garlic w pumpkin seeds and roasted rainbow carrots). Met some old friends there. None of us had ever been but we made a reservation based on TripAdvisor reviews. The fresh vegetables were amazing! The guys had hotdogs and said they were great. The Chicken Pesto salad was delicious and it was a generous portion. Also enjoyed an IPA.
