And Enterprise Rental charged me for keeping the rental car the amount of $247.00. money that I did not expect to pay. Communication was not the best. Could have been better. 0 Star : My Experience Unfortunately I had To immediately go vacuum all the glass shards left on passenger front side seat. Shards on the floor of the front passenger as well. Not safe for someone to have sat down. There was also a paper left with patches of glue on the floor causing a noxious smell.

Not only was the timeframe for minor repairs ridiculous, but the job that was done on my vehicle the first time was just completely unacceptable coming from a Ford dealership .
