0 Star : My Experience Great customer service from front desk staff Tom and Tim but my overall satisfaction with my vehicle was an absolute disappointment. Someone totally disrespected my property and jeopardized Westway Ford's good name as a highly recommended company. 5 Star : My Experience Tim White was awesome. He kept me updated constantly, which took away a lot of my anxiety. He was friendly and helpful. My car looks to be in perfect condition except for two things. First, the seat warmers would not turn on so I had to go back and get that fixed (it turned out just to be unplugged, but was still a small inconvenience).
