Helpful Although I did not purchase a vehicle, Mr. Barker was a great help! He was very polite & proper, Also he stayed himself. I never got the vibe of a fake persona or anything of that nature, I felt like I was talking to a friend or family member almost. He was great!
standard maintence I made an appointment to get my oil changed and brakes checked and mentioned a Ford recall I saw n the news. The gentleman I spoke to said the recall repair would take all day so I would need to leave the car. The next morning I dropped it off with TC who was fantastic and she had my car out in one day. Doing the oil change, replaced my brakes and the recall. And my car was washed when I picked it up.

Excellent customer service My salesperson was Johnny Birdwell. I wanted someone who has experience in the car business. He was the man. Listened to my needs & right away put me in the right vehicle Had answers to all my questions. Made car buying a good experience. Only tough thing is, 40 years ago I paid less for my 1st house than the truck I bought.
