THE DEALER OWNER IS TOP NOTCH. My truck was in the dealer for a warranty repair. There was a situation that happened at the dealership. I addressed it with the General Manager. You want to talk about impressive. He totally corrected the issue and did not stop until I was completely satisfied. I will be doing business with Westway Ford from now on. Westway Ford....Exceptional customer service. I recently purchased a new car from Westway Ford (Irving TX); I was greeted with Texas hospitality which was followed with the most outstanding service a car buyer could ask for. I had a goal of exactly what I wanted....and not only did I get it but the entire process was stress free (which is rare when you buy anything nowadays). I drove away 100% satisfied and I actually look forward to buying another car from Westway.
Easy experience with friendly staff Things couldnt have gone more perfect than they did. Paris is by far the best new car salesman I have ever dealt with. If you are looking for a New Ford, he is the one to go to. Everyone in the building was very friendly and helpful and offered me refreshments throughout my stay. I will go back there time and time again.
