WG&R goes the extra mile again! What a great experience! I bought a Tempur-pedic bed from John Olson, a few months ago, in Green Bay. I couldn’t seem to adjust to it and after 90 days I called to find out about the exchange program. The CS rep, Chris, couldn’t have been more kind and understanding. Within minutes, a manager, Derek, contacted me and setup an appointment for me to come in and try out some different options. They actually went overboard to accommodate me due to my fear of the virus and had me come in before the... read more

Hannah did a fantastic job helping me pick out the perfect mattress, bed frame and even a bookshelf. She was very thorough and made sure I knew all of my options. I would highly recommend her to anyone, but especially to someone who might be new to buying furniture like I was!
