WG&R goes the extra mile again! What a great experience! I bought a Tempur-pedic bed from John Olson, a few months ago, in Green Bay. I couldn’t seem to adjust to it and after 90 days I called to find out about the exchange program. The CS rep, Chris, couldn’t have been more kind and understanding. Within minutes, a manager, Derek, contacted me and setup an appointment for me to come in and try out some different options. Hannah did a fantastic job helping me pick out the perfect mattress, bed frame and even a bookshelf. She was very thorough and made sure I knew all of my options. I would highly recommend her to anyone, but especially to someone who might be new to buying furniture like I was!

I am very satisfied with the customer service I experienced while shopping at WG&R. Our salesman, Joe Newton, was extremely helpful and patient. He listened to our concerns and wants and did not try to talk us into something we were not interested in or was outside of our price range. I will definitely return in the future.
