I am very satisfied with the customer service I experienced while shopping at WG&R. Our salesman, Joe Newton, was extremely helpful and patient. He listened to our concerns and wants and did not try to talk us into something we were not interested in or was outside of our price range. I will definitely return in the future.

We worked with Grace and really had no idea what we were looking for and what we liked. Grace gave us the time to actually look around and get a feel of what we liked and didn’t like. She was there when we had questions and overall very knowledgeable. She was not pushy one bit like all the other people from different places we have encountered. I have been a long term customer of WGNR. Very good service, very good furniture, ect. So on June 4th 2026 I went and paid over 1,000 dollars on a bed, kitchen table, and a recliner. Right away was problems. Table come damaged, so gotta get that replaced. Then in 10 days of having my new bed, box spring had to be replaced. The bed was way to high for me. Nearly fell off a few times. Then the mattress is breaking down. Coils are popping around. I called and ask for a different mattress. I was told I was too fat and that is wh... read more

Would provide a ZERO star rating if I could. Sales lady could not have cared less about what I actually wanted or needed and simply wanted to make a quick sale. I was then pushed into a product that did not fit what I was truly looking for. Product was extremely cheaply made and any sitting on the couch bends and damages the frame. Was pushed into a Protection Plan that does not protect anything. Buyer beware. I bought a table and chair set and the table is fine but on every chair the screws kept falling out. I tried to return them but they wanted to repair them. The only way to repair them would have been to drill new screw holes in them. I did not want extra holes in the chairs. They would not give me a refund for the chairs. I ended up bringing the chairs to the landfill and purchased chairs elsewhere. Will never purchase from them again.

This prevented us from moving forward with an inspection, manufacturer warranty review, or credit.
