Joel was spot on today. He listened to what we wanted and walked us up to each option and explained the products thoroughly. Amazing service with an extremely knowledgeable individual that understood our budget, our needs, and our wants. Recommend asking for Joel in Appleton, Wi every time you go there.

We recently combined 2 families into one residence and were shopping for furniture for our new home. A group of three of us walked into the store. We came as we were, not dressed up. As we were walking around we were clearly looking for help. A salesman saw us, then walked right past us on to a young, nice looking, well dressed couple. We were all a bit upset about that. Katelyn was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had photographs of three pieces of furniture and she was able to bring right to each piece and answered all my questions.
