We recently combined 2 families into one residence and were shopping for furniture for our new home. A group of three of us walked into the store. We came as we were, not dressed up. As we were walking around we were clearly looking for help. A salesman saw us, then walked right past us on to a young, nice looking, well dressed couple. We were all a bit upset about that. Jacob was very helpful and never made us feel rushed or pressured to purchase furniture. He is very friendly and good at his job as a manager.
Katelyn was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had photographs of three pieces of furniture and she was able to bring right to each piece and answered all my questions.
Lynn was very patient and knowledgeable on what I was looking for. She was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. Lynn was very personable and good to work with.
Staff was extremely helpful, while allowing us space to shop at the same time. Pricing was more than fair. And as a bonus we appreciated their patience with our young daughter.
