Our sales person Cornelius Charles was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely patient… very professional!!! I couldn’t decide which set of furniture I wanted and he was never pushy but helped me decide… I would come back and work with him again for sure!! He also helped me with options for when I do Decide to come back because I still need a few items
I purchased my new mattress & adjustable base over the phone with Justin in the Sheboygan store. I asked about delivery, haul away & if my headboard would be attached. I was assured it would be. The delivery guys were great, I confirmed with them that they were attaching my headband. There reply was-you need to purchase brackets for us to attach it. I was offered many things during my purchase, unfortunately I was not offered brackets!! I'm disabled and have no way of attaching 6lit. I purchase 90% of what I need online ... read more
I will not give them any stars. Their customer service sucks. Bought a 5k leather set couch and recliner. It is falling apart just after 5 years. No kids no pets. They want $1500.00 to repair their mistake/lies! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!
Does the Appleton store use the Green Bay warehouse also to pick up the merchandise that I order? Everytime I use the Green Bay branch I end up wasting a bunch of my time to come home with no furniture and have to repeat the whole process again at a later date because they give you a different piece than what you ordered. I think they are doing this intentionally to hope you dont notice. This happened twice to me recently.
