RecommendedWe have had Riley’s for years! Always prompt great service! This morning we woke up with no heat. I left a message with the answering service and a very nice man called me back and talked me through the problem. Seems changing the batteries in my thermostat was the problem. So grateful that was it! A visit and $$ was avoided.

I just had my gas heater replaced. Riley gave me an estimate, helped me contact Mass Save, set the appointment, and did the installation. Everyone in the offices were wonderful and the gentlemen who did the installation were on time, very efficient, and left my house in perfect condition. I have been a customer for 10 years and have never been disappointed.
