RecommendedI just had my gas heater replaced. Riley gave me an estimate, helped me contact Mass Save, set the appointment, and did the installation. Everyone in the offices were wonderful and the gentlemen who did the installation were on time, very efficient, and left my house in perfect condition. I have been a customer for 10 years and have never been disappointed.

There just aren't enough good things to say about Tom, Lisa, and staff. New to propane heatiing and I checked my tank level this past Saturday. I was nearly empty. Tom was available after hours for emergency situations and had a truck to my hosue earlier than expected. Huge relief just a few days before XMas knowing most people are trying to wind down and reduce staffing. The one on one service I received was amongst the best I have ever come across in any business. Ten stars!!!!

I've got to say, as home owner brand new to propane heat (previous home had natural gas) i had no idea who to use or trust for a provider. Ultimately, I trusted the reviews on Google and FB and gave W.H. Riley a shot, and was not disappointed! cheapest prices i found after shopping around No gimmicks or "intro rates," or hidden service fees Extremely helpful customer service.
