Very clear and easy going. He explained the loan options available due to passed financial history. He research dates of passed foreclosure and worked with realtor to provide a realistic maximum amount for the loan. He answered questions and provided monthly estimated payments. We was always in contact with realtor and myself coordinating dates for the closing, etc.
