Greg and his team made it possible to retain my house during and after my divorce. Im am self employed, and through their diligent efforts, they were able to closed an otherwise difficult loan. I would highly recommend Greg and his team.

My interactions with Greg and his staff were amazing. They were very prompt, also outlined what to expect in the process upfront so there were no surprises, and exceeded expectations upon completion of the refinance. Greg was able to work past a sub par appraisal at first, he spent extra time and energy highlighting the mistakes and discrepancies with the appraiser to ultimately get the correct value of our home. This is the second time I have used Greg and his team at Finance of America Co. to refinance my residence and they are currently helping my parents with a reverse mortgage. I had the pleasure of dealing with Greg Waston and his team with the purchase of my first home. As a first time home buyer, the process can be overwhelming to say the least. Greg, walked me step by step through the entire process from pre-approval until closing. I personally feel Greg went over and beyond my expectations from a mortgage lender. Jason handled our refi last year and I can't recommend him highly enough! His rate was significantly below any of the other quotes that we received, and the process went quickly & flawlessly with his help. He explained everything thoroughly and was always available to answer any questions that we had. We've since recommended him to several of our friends who have been equally happy with his services.
