I know means have perfect credit. We sat down with Tad and he explained everything right from the beginning. From the preapproval process right to the closing on our house. When he gives you his word and says don’t worry let me take care of it Tad truly means it. The receptionist Wendy has a very welcoming charm. Tad’s associate Brad is also amazing.
