Sam is super responsive and will keep you posted on the status of your loan so you're never questioning what is happening. I felt assured that he was on my side during the whole process. Being a first time home buyer, everything was new and I had a situation in which my loan approval had to be expedited because the seller was for once, not joking about pulling the contract last minute. Sam and Megan were great. The underwriter not so much. She kept asking and asking for info/verification, some of which she already had. The underwriter is the only thing that made this transaction stressful.
