I have purchased two houses now with Jen's help and both have been flawless. As a first time home buyer she worked hard to explain everything and answer all of my numerous questions. My second house purchase was a bit different with a job change and a need for a quick move Jen and her team worked very hard to get the loan closed ahead of schedule! Working with Sam was great. He was friendly, reliable, and a kept me constantly updated. Even when there were circumstances outside of my control Sam helped overcome them and was helpful at every step. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a mortgage. It was also awesome to have someone meet me at my house to sign papers.

Sam was on point with every detail. If I had any questions or concerns Sam was always readily available if I reached out to him. I would say 90% of the time when I reached out to him he was there to help if not I would hear back form him immediately. The loan process was easy and painless which can be a very stressful time. Buying a home is very important step in your life and having Sam to do my mortgage loan for me made it pleasant and an easy process for me.

I just purchased my 1st House with the help Sam and his team. He let me know what I needed to do to get approved and I fixed that issue right away. He made me feel comfortable talking to him and even though I did not have the highest credit score he never made me feel like I couldn't get a house. Even when I felt like I couldn't go on Sam encouraged me not to give up. He held my hands during the whole process. Megan alongside of him kept me knowing what I needed to do and get signed. There is no better service out there! Jennifer and her team (Kendall and Lynn), absolutely were there for us as a team every step of the way! We were not another loan, we were treated like family.
