I had to wait over thirty minutes to be seen. I like this practice but it seems every time I go I have to wait over half an hour to be taken back.

Although going to the dentist is not my favorite activity in the world, I am always happy to go to your practice. Dr. Kim is wonderful! About an hour after leaving your office, I started to develop a blister in my lower left lip which is still being treated to this date. While it didn't happen the last visit, this has occurred several times before. Please look into this issue. I will appreciate it. Thank you.

I love it when the assistant taps my chin to Close my mouth especially when the work takes a long time. It really helps to rest my jaws

The teeth cleaning was a bit more uncomfortable than usual. The suction tube was jabbing into my mouth in a weird way. Can they be adjusted? Did you get a different kind? Had a sore in the back of my mouth for rest of day, but I suppose could have been from the X-ray as well (when you bite on the apparatus that also jabs into your mouth). Anyway, I've had more comfortable visits.

Everyone is always great! Every time I come in for an appointment, I think how great it is that I've finally found a dentist that I love and trust.
