I am not sure that I am comfortable with the person doing the regular teeth cleaning. I am not a specialist but I have a hard time to understand how she operates (leaving the area and coming back more than ten times...). And, most of all, it hurts (what was not the case before).
I am comfortable with anyone I met during my appointment. I love the way you guys are. Best costumer service!!! Thank you!
The thing about the greeting, it was really because nobody was in the reception area at the time, so the dental staff was sort of vaguely directing patients until they were ready. It's because it was early. They usually have their stuff completely together.
It may be me but it was a chilly. :-) I enjoy coming to the office. I am always greeted by the cheerful receptionist, Charity. She has a wonderful smile! The staff are very kind and pleasant. Dr. Kim is absolutely wonderful. You feel so empowered in deciding on the best treatment for you clinically and financially. I have such peace of mind when I leave the office.
