I've been to a number of dentists, and Wheaton Dental Partners are by far the best. This includes everyone in the office, from the front desk to the dentists, and every aspect of service, from helping coordinate insurance and payment to creating and executing a dental health plan.
I love you all. Your customer service is superior and your dental expertise is second to none.
I missed seeing Charity. Everyone in the office is always very competent.
Brian is a doll. Dr. Kim is not only highly skilled, but she is tremendously compassionate and generous. She gave up a weekend day to see my 90 year old mom as an emergency. She has been most considerate of our financial situation. The entire staff is most accomodating. Thanks to all and Happy Holidays.
First impression is that the receptionists are friendly and the office clean. When you are called back, your seat has a great view of Kensington/Wheaton. There is a monitor close by with your dental record. As this was my first time, I later saw that my x-rays, digital photos, and other diagnostic tests were uploaded during my exam. Dr. Nguyen used these to explain any issues she uncovered or I needed to address. I am looking forward to my next visit!
Dr.Anh, Mrs. Abiew and Crisa were very attentive to my needs as a patient. Keep up the good work.
The office staff is always friendly & approachable. Both doctors provide excellent care and always make even the most difficult treatments bearable.
