I have used WOW for sometimes 3 or more times a month for my daughters' transportation to her appointments..I would give them a 5 star rating for every trip she has taken.Every driver is courteous, very likeable, very knowledgeable, and very safety conscious.The manager will call you back IMMEDIATELY, if there is a problem with a change of location at the very last minute or a driver is running late on the call prior to your trip.
