My ride was on time for my appointment and was there when I was done and got me back in time very efficient and a clean vehicle pleasant driver
this was the first time I used Wheels on wheels. The driver who picked me up was on time and friendly. the process to request was very stressful tho.I have insurance that provides transportation to medical appts . I had to call my insurance because when I called for the return ride home, the number I had only gave me the choice to leave a message and said someone would contact **** waited for 45 minutes and no call back! thankfully when I reached out to insurance provider they intervened and successfully scheduled my return ... read more

Wonderful service, both drivers went above & beyond to contact me, wait for me & make my ride as comfortable as possible. It was my first time using & they had an old, un updated phone number for me, & no apartment number but the driver didn't leave! I called & right away dispatch updated my number & got her over to ******** was so nice making sure I didn't miss my medical appointment. Thank you so much! Both drivers were courteous and timely. They were also very good on the return trips.
Excellent, reliable medical transportation service. Driver was able to locate my off-grid, NON-GPS registered residence solely on his due diligence. No other company was able because they didn't care that medical appointments need to be kept any timely or the patient may lose their appointment or have to wait too long.
Great company, always call me when they get notified of my need for transportation. They notify me asap about what time I'm being picked up and the day. They call me an hour or 2 on pickup day as a reminder. Excellent service.
