I lived in this community from 2019 until late 2025. During the timeline of living there, there were a multitude of issues, up to and including having to file police reports on aggressive office staff and being told “deal with it” due to their own incompetence and lack of care. They are more concerned with getting residents to make money than they are caring for the homes they already have. Management at this property is a disappointment. The rules only apply to the people they chose, you’ll have to more every other day just to stay in the guidelines. You’ll get notes and emails like it your full time job from management finding something wrong with how you are maintaining the property. Management will find any issue they can just to harass you, but when you need them to fix something they tell you it’s your problem or will ignore your maintenance request for months. Manager Tina's husband is poisoning the cats. Over night the cats were cut down by a fifth. He chased the witness out of the park. The bodies were cleaned up immediately. One cat was able to be recovered. They are getting all of the owners out so they can put new trailers in and charge crazy rent prices. On average people rent for 6 months and or less. Awful place to live. The property managers are very rude. They’re overpriced and cheaply made. Not worth the headache.
Complete ass. Full stop. Don’t waste your time or money on this exceptionally amateur place.
