there is one lady in the office who harasses my aunt and they are trying to kick her out because they think someone else lives with her besides her kids. It's kind of fucked up because they're literally kicking a family to the curb, plus i just paid their rent which was behind. So now they're keeping $1400+ that I paid so they could stay here and kicking them out. Guess they really don't care about families

RecommendedI have recommended a few people move to the neighborhood. when I moved in I was told that there's finders fee awarded to tenants. not sure if it applies now however they could tell me where they get flooring from. I want to ditch the carpet & put linoleum or plank vinyl flooring in the living room.
Since a couple of months of living here our house has reeked of raw sewage and nothing has been done, we’ve now lived here with the smell for 3-4 months. They try to say maybe there’s a dead animal or skunk under our home because they “can’t find a problem” and told us to put baking soda and vinegar in our drains and that’s the only help they offered. I have 2 children under 3, my oldest wakes up gagging from the smell at night, yet they claim there’s “no problem”. I’m so glad we pay $900+ a month to smell raw sewage almost... read more

Good afternoon Kaylena. The issue you're referring to was reported to us on two occasions, and both times our Maintenance Staff responded immediately. They have thoroughly examined the home, sanitation lines, and under-belly/crawlspace. We have been unable to locate any issues and there was not an odor when maintenance responded.
