Since a couple of months of living here our house has reeked of raw sewage and nothing has been done, we’ve now lived here with the smell for 3-4 months. They try to say maybe there’s a dead animal or skunk under our home because they “can’t find a problem” and told us to put baking soda and vinegar in our drains and that’s the only help they offered. Good afternoon Kaylena. The issue you're referring to was reported to us on two occasions, and both times our Maintenance Staff responded immediately. They have thoroughly examined the home, sanitation lines, and under-belly/crawlspace. We have been unable to locate any issues and there was not an odor when maintenance responded. management team harasses you continuously, they shut the water off for 'repairs' at least once a month for the entire day. the loose application paperwork, they are in organized and un professional.

if you want ripped off and lied to and cheated this is a trailer park to go to.they will promise you anything to get you in and then steal from you and lie to you all the way through. so my advice is keep away from this place at any cost. they even change management and kept the same lying cheating office people.
the water is always being cut off for what I guess is "repairs" this happens atleast once a month if not more. At around $1,000 a month you would think this wouldn't be a monthly issue... we are now going on 6 1/2 hours today. its 9:16pm I can't give my son or self a shower to get ready for the next day. so now that I sweat all day at work I guess I get to climb in my nice fresh sheets filthy.
The landlords are liars and will stab you in the back if it means they win when it comes to reporting anything to the corporate office, and they love to tell you too call corporate knowing they are going to only listen to the people in this office
