White Bear Lincoln is Great!! We purchased a new 2023 Lincoln Nautilus from White Bear Lincoln. It was a great experience, RT our sales person was helpful up front and when we decided to order the vehicle turned it over to Tom Taube the Sales Manager. He was knowledgeable and helped us put together a good deal for the car. When the car came in, I decided I wanted to put on some different tires before I picked up the car. Tom worked with the Service Manager to make it happen for a reasonable price. Overall a great experience.
SERVICE ADVISOR - JOSE MARMOL VARGAS Jose Vargas provided professional service that was timely, thorough, and efficient. He explained what the problem was, and was able to provide the cost of these repairs at the very same time. Had good eye contact and very pleasant with a smile on his face. 5 stars from me.
Great Customer Service My trunk wasn't latching so I called and was able to speak to someone as opposed to being on hold or leaving a message which was great. In speaking with Bob he said they could look at my vehicle right away. They were able to get the part and fix it within a few hours. As I was waiting I witnessed some great customer service. I will be bringing my business to WBL Lincoln going forward and I will be recommending them.
Best experience ever! Best car buying experience i have ever had. Sam, tom, the finance guy and another guy whose name i can't remember were fabulous. I have been to a lot of dealerships and i never want to go anywhere else!

Outstanding Dealership!! After getting a vehicle totalled and trying to find something similar, White Bear Lincoln answered our prayers. White Bear Lincoln Service team rocks! I had recently purchased a used 2020 Corsair and there was some?creaking? under the front end. I called to schedule a service appointment and was able to get in 2 days later and had a car to give me during this time. Wonderful service! Went in for an oil change; not only do they change the oil and assess my car, top off fluids etc., but they wash my car each time. This time I asked for assistance getting my car hooked up to my phone for remote start; someone spent a LOT of time and effort to get that in place without extra charge. 💗
