Pleasant experience I went to the dealership to get an oil change on my current Lincoln and while waiting decided to look at the new models. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle. Everyone was kind and willing to answer questions. Felt comfort. I have purchased our last 4 cars from this dealership and will most likely buy my next here too
Service at White Bear Lincoln My Lincoln required an oil change and I went to my preferred dealer, White Bear Lincoln. I was met by a professional that had the right answers to my questions. In and out promptly and a clean car( windows needed to be wiped down as they were spotty).
Very impressed! Totally pleased with fast, friendly, professional service. They are not the closest Lincoln dealer, but worth driving a few more miles for this outstanding service.

White Bear Lincoln?s ?Grandpa Art? is the best! White Bear Lincoln is the most comfortable place we have ever shopped for a car. Our sales person Art, first helped us over the phone and came in on his day off the next day for our convenience...no pressure, just a genuine person. The whole staff and management are very welcoming and knowledgeable, this was our first experience leasing a vehicle and they made it simple and easy to understand. We love our new MKC!
