The current manger at Whitehall is unethical in her rental practices. Furthermore, she seldom returns phone calls and is difficult to catch on site. I have been mislead and told untruths by her. The parking lot is lettered with trash. Plus, the pool was inaccessible most of the summer for several reasons. I have never worked with such a poor manager. I have lived at Whitehall since 2003 and this is the worse manager who has been here.

After years of renting houses, I was uncertain if this would be the best choice for me. I found the staff to be incredibly professional, the neighbors delightful, the area simply beautiful, and the quality of living superb! Its all more than I hoped for.
these apartments are poorly managed. the pool has been being "worked" on for months now and is not finished when it states plainly in the lease that we do have a pool. the light in the laundry room has been broken for some time now. its no fun when u dont get off work untill late and then have to do your laundry with a flash light. i was looking up my apt complex to give directions to some friends and i cant believe the stupid reviews on here!! these are obviously people that have not paid there rent and have been evicted!!! i have lived here for several years and im telling you that ecspecially after the new manager angela took over, i have never had one problem.. she is on top of everything and if i have something break down its usually taken care of within 24 hours.. she is a wonderful manager and the apts are beautiful, and in a great area!! on top... read more
Im living here now and everytime something happens that needs to be fixed management never answers the phone and never returns messages. It takes them forever to fix something and its usually half fast. Office door is always locked during business hours and the manager acts bothered if you ask her any questions. On the upside I love how spacious the apartments are and overall affordable. The area is safe. Ive never had any problems or felt uncomfortable.
Apartments are discusting, no light switches in rooms (except in closets). They have cockroach problems, and shady management. They always make excuses on why they cant fix problems. They would never help with anything. However, On the good side, It was actually a pretty safe place. Left my car unlocked all the time and nothing happend. Still not worth it... Pay the extra money for something better.
Wont even return my phone calls to tour. Very unprofessional!
