Theresa is personable, reasonable, and friendly. As a young woman living on my own for the first time, she helped me feel comfortable and safe while residing there. I was able to get all of my security deposit back, too. Staff is dependable. I would highly recommend choosing Whitehall Apartments as your home.

Theresa is terrific. Very friendly, professional, and provides excellent customer service. They have a month-to-month program for folks who have been temporarily displaced from their home. This is a great service for people recovering from a fire.

Although I have never lived her I would give this apartment complex top notch rating. I have been here several times and I know the property manager. It is a very well run complex and extremely clean. The tenants that I have encountered while visiting seem to be very friendly. My daughter used to live here years ago and she was quite happy with the apartment that she rented. I would certainly recommend this apartment complex to anybody looking for a great central place to live in Topeka.
An apartment is as comfortable as the other tenants allow it to be. There seem to be quite a number of mature, polite and quiet tenants who live their lives from here and who do not disrupt the neighborhood. The maintenance has been quick and helpful whenever there has not been a break between workers. Mostly, there is someone to take care of apartment problems.
